SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

All in-person purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

The policies below apply to purchases made through the website’s shop.

If you purchased a product from the Redbubble store, please contact Redbubble directly for any inquiries.

Shipping Policy

Local pickup

Local pickup at the indicated subway station(s) at checkout is available to customers living in Toronto, Canada.
If you choose this option for your order, we will contact you to arrange a day and time for pickup. We currently do not offer alternative pickup locations. 
If your order is not picked up within 30 days, we will consider your order completed and cannot offer any refunds. 
 

Flat Rate Shipping

Bookmarks are shipped using regular, untracked mail. To ensure you get your order, all other items are shipped using Canada Post registered mail or expedited parcel. Your order will be shipped in one envelope or parcel where possible.
Deliveries can take up to 5 business days and may vary depending on weather, mail volume and holidays. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please contact us.
 
Costs for shipping canvases vary. If you are interested in purchasing a canvas, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over a certain value and this option must be selected at checkout. Orders are shipped using Canada Post registered mail or expedited parcel. Free shipping associated with coupons uses regular, untracked mail.
Canvases are not eligible for free shipping. If you are interested in purchasing a canvas, please contact us to discuss shipping options. 
 

Changes to Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order is shipped out. Please contact us with your order number if you would like to request a change to the shipping address.

 

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. If there are issues with your order or would like to request a return, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete your return.

You will be responsible for paying for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Refunds

If you submitted a return, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) and whether your refund has been approved. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs and card processing fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery of the tracked mail or package
  • Any item that is returned more than 35 days after mailing date of your order if using untracked mail (regular post)

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, check your method of payment (i.e. credit card) or bank account to ensure it has not been processed.

Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale and customized items

Sale and customized items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
